From our beginnings in Outsourced HR Solutions to our strategic pivot to Business Process Outsourcing in 2014, we have consistently focused on creating meaningful jobs for South Africa’s youth and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Our journey is highlighted by numerous achievements: being selected by Endeavor in 2005, winning top BPO campaign and Operator with BPESA in 2019, and reaching the finals in the Cape BPO Awards in 2024!
