This month our entrepreneurial dream of CallForce turns 22!
Having started our journey in December 1999 having built a successful Global Business Services company providing thousands of South African job opportunities in this dynamic industry while delivering service from SA into the USA UK Australia and Asia.
I am so incredibly proud of all our people our accomplishments as I can see that all the years of hard work and dedication are positively impacting the lives of our communities while delivering exceptional customer experience to our customers

The flexibility and ability to adapt to change has been key to our success while never forgetting that its the people in our business that make the magic happen Thanks to so many of you for your beautiful messages of shared experiences

We must constantly strive to be better each day and follow through with the intention in our hearts Even when we fail we must fail fast and learn so we can make this business an even stronger one
