Qualifications and Requirements:
Previous experience working in a contact centre environment.
1+ year Dialler administrator experienceÂ
Knowledge of IT/Dialer systems.
Intermediate to expert Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Proficient in Microsoft Suite.
Experience with Power BI, SQL (Preferable)
Strong analytical skills and ability to read data.
Exceptional communication and teamwork skills.
Detail-oriented and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
