What an exciting week it’s been for our team as the announcements of the BPESA Alchemy awards commence.
We are incredibly honoured to be recognised as finalists in 4 categories – Top BPO Operator, Top Offshore Campaign, Top Onshore Campaign as well as Top GBS Quality Professional Award. The team are exceptionally excited about representing CallForce Outsourcing Specialists while elevating South Africa as the Best CX delivery destination.
Our industry is fast-paced, result-driven and extremely competitive and moments like these recognising our hard work is a much needed reminder of the positive impact we are able to drive through our vision to create careers of purpose while contributing to the industry goal of significant job creation.
