As we reflect on the past 26 years, we are filled with gratitude for the amazing people we have the privilege of working with and pride for the incredible work that you do.
What started as a dream 26 years ago to empower youth finding employment in the BPO sector, has become a lifetime of adventure as we celebrated incredible highs, weathered the inevitable lows and summited challenges that have shaped the business who we are today.
This year has been nothing short of remarkable and it’s all thanks to the passion, resilience and commitment of our incredible team. Here are just a few highlights that stand out:
Industry Recognition – Being selected as finalists for the BPESA and Cape BPO Awards as Top BPO Operator is a testament to the teamwork and dedication that define CallForce.
Scaling Beyond Expectations – Growing one of our clients from 15 to 220 seats in just six months while maintaining top performance metrics was an extraordinary achievement.
Winning Big – Securing a significant RFP that sets the stage for even greater growth in the year ahead.
Creating New Job Opportunities – We added over 400 new jobs this year, providing meaningful employment and making a real impact in our communities.
Innovation at Work – Our team embraced AI, successfully running pilots with our U.S.-based partner Onvisource, paving the way for smarter solutions.
Empowering Through Education – We achieved accreditation for our training company and are excited to launch TalentForce in 2026, enabling us to drive impactful employment across Durban, Cape Town, and Johannesburg.
Driving Transformation – We proudly achieved BEE Level 1 certification as a 100% woman-owned and 30% black woman-owned business.
