CallForce turns 23

On the 1st of December, we celebrated our 23rd birthday! To think that 23 years ago we started off as a flexible staffing business, pivoting into an international award winning BPO operation only 5 years ago. Thank you for being part of this incredible journey and for helping us empower tens of thousands of talented people with employment opportunities over 23 years.

Empowerment and our transformational role in the economic growth and development of South Africa are key drivers of CallForce. National Expansion & Growth

It’s been a year of growth and expansion. Our Infrastructure & IT team have built out hundreds of seats in Johannesburg, Durban and Cape Town over the last few months. We can proudly say we have fully-fledged operations in all major SA Cities. Check out some of the upgrades and know we have more planned for 2023!

We have seen lots of growth from existing clients and have also welcomed new brands such as RCS & 1 Life in the last 2 months. Well done RCS on smashing your targets and good luck to the 1 Life team as you launch. There are many more campaigns we expect to grow and new brands joining us this year, providing you with new growth opportunities.

Representing South Africa and CallForce in the USA

It was a privilege to represent CallForce in the international market by attending the Professional Associations for Customer Engagement (PACE) event in Nashville, USA after so many years. With COVID behind us we are very encouraged to see the global interest shown in the South African BPO sector and in CallForce.

We loved seeing you show some love for your colleagues on Mandela Day… and doing the Mandela Shuffle! Congrats to all our ‘Mandelas’ – thank you for the positive change, professionalism and leadership you bring.

Spring Day

What an uplifting day and celebration of the season that’s all about new beginnings and growth! We’re excited about the next season for our business.

Heritage Day

We live in such a culturally rich country. Heritage Day was a great reminder of the role we play in promoting our cultural diversity to the world.

Halloween

Congrats to the RCS team for the best dressed and best decor award, you all looked awesome, and your performance skills were excellent. We are really blessed with the best.

Wellness Day

We work in an incredibly face-paced environment, and work-life balance is a constant juggle but most certainly a priority in our world. In support of our wellness programme, it was so special to see all the smiles and participation from the team. Looking forward to many more of these in the upcoming year.
