The Investment in the Youth of South Africa is the Empowerment in Talent

In 2021, South Africa was announced as the preferred Offshoring Destination of choice in the annual Ryan Strategic Advisory BPO Omnibus Survey and for 3 consecutive years prior to this announcement, we have ranked 2nd place, growing at approximately 22% annually.

This recognition is largely due to the exceptionally skilled English-speaking and multi-lingual, accent neutral youth of South Africa with a strong customer service and sales culture with a focus on enhancing their digital skills that would equip them to have the necessary omnichannel skills to deliver an customer experience.

Our youth have a strong understanding of technology and due to the combination of their client-centric skills and high levels of empathy, we have been able to enhance our cultural affinity with the USA, UK and Australia.
With the increased demand for professional, efficient customer service – quality of service delivered is one of the major differentiating factors in the success over competitors and the integration of an omnichannel solution without a human-touch is frugal.
